An encrypted, single database source that contains data of the most vulnerable households in a country, facilitating their match with the most suitable social programs. This dataset model aims to solve current disaggregated data techniques, to include those in need, and to optimize social resources. It decreases targeting errors and develops complementarities within different poverty relief programs by ensuring that vulnerable communities receive complimentary benefits from multiple social programs.
In this database, data cannot be read directly by unauthorized personnel. Agencies involved in planning, implementing, and monitoring social protection programs can access this data depending on the request's purpose. Governments remain accountable for data released through record systems and strict access rights to prevent unauthorized access and respect citizens' data integrity. Types of assistance can vary from Unconditional Cash Transfers, Public Health Insurance, Non-cash Assistance, Food Assistance Program, and Electricity/LPG Subsidies Programs.
